Julian Huxley, Max. Nicholson, Peter Scott and Guy Montfort were the founders of WWF. It is independent foundation registered under Swiss law. The central secretariat for the network (called WWF International) is located in Gland, Switzerland.The mission of WWF’s is to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment and to build a future in which human live in harmony with nature through the following ways:

• Conserving the world’s biological diversity.

• Ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable
