yoga is the withdrawl of our sense organs and mind from the worldly things and helps us to control ourselves .

in other words , yoga is a UNION of ATMA and PRAMATMA .

It is a set of physical and mental exercises.

as we are living in the modern world having a lot of stress , tensions and anxities . everybody is in a hurry . this makes the man tense both physically and mentally .

in this , yoga can play a very significant role .

BENIFITS OF YOGA :

1. Reduces our tension : regular practise of yoga is helpful to reduce tebsiob , dharana and dhyan are benificial for getting peace of mind .
