The excretory system of human being collects the liquid waste of the body and helps it get rid of them .the system consist of two kidneys, two ureters, bladder and urethra. The function of kidneys is to remove the poisonous substance urea, other waste salts and excess water from blood and excrete them in form of yellowish liquid called urine.
Each kidney is made IP of a large number of excretory units called nephron's .the nephron's has a cup shaped bag at its upper end called Bowman's capsule and at lower end is called tubule
The Bowman's capsule consist of bundle of blood capillaries called glomerulus whose function is to filter blood passing through it
PROCEDURE-
when blood passes through glomerrulus small substance like glucose amino acids salts urea passes through it but not proteins and blood vessels.now the function of tubule is to allow reabsorption of useful substance like glucose but waste material like urea remains behind known as urine.it is transferred to ureter from which it passes to urinary bladder where it gets stored for some time and ultimately passed out of our body through urethra.
