the first dynasty to rule it was slave dynasty it's first ruler was qutubuddin aibak and last famous ruler was ghiyasudin balban it was the only muslim kingdom ruled by woman named razia sultan 2nd dynasty was khilji dynasty it's first ruler was jalaluddin khilji succeeded by his nephew alauddin khilji the famous ruler of khilji dynasty this dynasty become the only delhi sultanate dynasty to spread the empire to the Deccan and a slave was bought for 100 dinars the name of the slave was malik kafur who then helped him to expand the kingdom the 3rd dynasty was tughlaq dynasty it's first ruler was ghiyasudin tughlaq and the 2nd ruler was muhammad bin tughlaq he was told as the wisest fool he transfered his kingdom from delhi to devnagri because of mongol invasion.
