She comes alone to the British Embassy, without any relatives or friends, wanting a passage to England. Miss Rehana has a fiancée, Mustafa Dar who lives in Bradford. . Miss Rehana was confident and sure of herself, believing that she would answer all the questions from the Sahibs correctly. But when she didn´t, she put down the offer from Muhammad Ali and behaved selfish, and rudely. This makes her a dynamic/round charather in the story. Salman Rushdie describes her physical appearances as barefaced with large, black and shiny eyes. I think Miss Rehana is a believable character as well.
