Irrigation is supplying water to the cultivated crops at regular intervals. 2 Types of irrigation methods are:

(1) Drip System: In drip system water is delivered directly at the roots of the plants. In this method there is no wastage of water.

It is advisable to follow drip system for irrigation

(2) Sprinkler: For uneven lands, sprinklers are best. Sprinklers are installed which sprinkle around the water on the crops as if it is raining.
