Spring is season of flowers. In this season, flowers bloom around the whole country side making it look beautiful. Spring is also important season for harvesting. The reason being, most of the crops promise good harvest at this point of time. In this season, many festivals are celebrated around the world. In different parts of India, baisakhi, holi, and other harvest festivals are celebrated. In Japan, Sakura or also known as cherry blossom flowers bloom on branches of trees. People sit under the trees which are on full bloom, and eat food under it. This is known as Hanami.
