Explanation:
With due respect I (_name_) on the behalf of the people in my locality would like to bring this to your notice that the drains in our locality are clogged with garbage and have not been cleaned and maintained since a month or two by the municipality. Moreover, due to the rainy season they are overflowing with all dirty water on the streets.
In less than a few days mosquitoes and other insects would start to breed in this dirty and filthy water causing diseases. As the children are most susceptible to diseases they cannot go out to play and water logging makes it difficult to walk on the streets. The rodents and reptiles like snakes ,rats, etc. sometimes enter into the house .
I appeal u to take a look at the problem and take required preventive measures.
