The old age home i visit gave me an emotional feeling. I feel so sad by seeing the conditions of that people. Together i feel happy for my great life. I thank god for giving me a lovable parents and together for giving me a fabulous life. I came to know the value of love, life, parents, grandparents etc... only by visiting the old age home. I pray to god that to save that grandpersons those who are living in the old age home from all types of obstacles.

I'm extremely sorry but ,I can only give you the body of the letter simply because of the reason that it hasn't been stated in the question whether it is a formal or informal letter and to whom it is being written to , when's the body of the letter according to my views goes like this:-
today numerous thought surrounded me as I walked into the black gates of the old age home I visited with my parents on my birthday.
well as I made describe it was a really mesmerizing experience for me to acknowledge the difficulties and to know how the people suffering from various diseases and are old and helpless and kept there.
we were first taken to a narrow Kitchen in which the food food for the old people was cooked , we wrere sad to see the food Limited supply and wished that something could be done for them .
next , we were taken to the place where they was kept and were they lived , the number of beds and mattresses per person who was a little low and some of them were unhygienic too.
in the end we donated some good and reliable clothes including some of food supplies for them so that they can ensure a good life at last they give us so many blessings which was worth a million bucks for me and I was extremely happy.
it was a great day and I will always remember it.
