A fraction where the denominator is a power of ten 0/10,0/100,0/1000 etc.
we can write decimal fractions with a decimal point ,which make it easier for us to do calculations like addition,subtraction and multiplication on fractions.
Examples:
with 10:-
7/10 = 0.7
43/10 = 4.3
with 100 :-
7/100 = 0.07
43/100 = 0.43

decimal ia a special fraction having denonimators 10 or multiples of 10 the multiplying of decimal is simple avoid the decimal and multiply then place the point 2 left
