The Brobdingnagian queen is hardly a well-developed character but she was important though.
The queen became friend with Gulliver very soon and loves his company in the Royal court. She used to spend a lot of time with Gulliver and was much concerned regarding his safety and well being.
Because of her kind and soft nature only she got a deep connection with Gulliver.The interaction between them hints that Gulliver is indeed capable of emotional connections.
