GO GREEN POEM !

You wake up every morning and what do you see?

Thousands of people dying due to the extreme heat.

You wake up every morning and what do you find?

A planet slowly dying.

But can you really see it?

Some people seem blind.


So many people driving cars and trucks.

It doesn’t seem like harm.

Since they’re driving to school or work,

To make a meaningful buck.

Little do they know, these vehicles let out green house gases.

At this rate, to be green, many people will need to buy bus passes.

Our air is becoming harder to breath.
We are in dire need of a tree.

But where do we find one if they’re all being cut down?

If trees had emotions, they’d probably frown.



Garbage here. Garbage there.

Plastics bags flying in the air.

Aluminum cans on the grass.

Trash making its way to our water supply.

Affecting our bass.

But not only fish live in our waters.

Polar bears, penguins, seals even otters.


We ALL need protection.

But we can’t just wait for a miracle, we must take action!

Think Green. Act Green. Live Green.

Then before you know it, you’ll witness the greatest planet ever seen.
