I rise as springs in mountains and from glaciers.

I flow like torrent from mountains through rock beds and keep on flowing till I reach a place where I drop vertically like a waterfall forming a lake,

But my flow does not stop there, I still continue to flow.

I pass by villages, little towns and a hundred bridges.

People keep on coming to me to fetch water and other use but I don’t stop for them, Instead they stop for me.

I make little waves while I am flowing.

And sometimes foam forms upon me as I travel and I flow above the gravel and pebbles and draw them all along and flow.

I spend my whole life flowing, moving and travelling until I get dried up one day but I wish that will never happen to me.
