Give a short note on the east and west flowing rivers of the peninsular plateau

east flowing rivers drains into bay of Bengal and west flowing rivers drains into Arabian sea,east flowing rivers make delta at the mouth of te sea.

west flowing rivers make estuary at the moutj of the sea, area drained by east flowing rivers are greater and area drained by west flowing rivers are shoarter than that of west flowing rivers.

ex. of east flowing rivers are godavari,Krishna,etc.

ex. of west flowing rivers are narmada and tapi

Western flowing rivers originate in Western ghat, now if they travel toward Western coast then they have to travel lesser distance than eastern flowing rivers before getting into the sea..............

*east flowing rivers do not from estuaries except some small rivers *east flowing river fall in Bay of Bengal*we can say it as river which from delta .
*west flowing river do not from delta& west flowing rivers fall in Arabian sea .........................
