It’s a question similar to “How do you use your right side of the brain?” There’s no switching on and off between them. There’s no point where you can say “Now I think from a holistic point of view, and now I don’t.” The right side of the brain thinks more in images, dreams and controls our feelings. What I’ve noticed is that I feel more, instead of trying to cut it to bits. I play in a band and got interested what different instruments did in a band. I tried drums, bass, guitar and song.

I’m more interested in how we can co-operate, in a group or in a band.

Whenever I’m more centered, I’m less bothered about others opinions and extreme emotions.
