GIVE A SUITABLE TITLE FOR THE PASSAGE . The dictionary luck as good fortune, events in life that cannot be controlled and seem to happen by chance. There are often too many who explain their failures and ascribe them to ill luck. "Lady luck didn't favour me." "I ran into major bad luck." "I am one the unlucky ones around not to have landed a promotion" and several other statements like that. The idea in a defeatist mind merely in pain the blame on bad luck instead of working out the real reasons behind the failure. Luck is a very small component of any outcome and has little say. But, on the contrary, the factor has been wrongly understood as a miraculous property that will bring about success against all odds, including indolence and apathy. The prerequisites of success are actually sound vision, diligence, being passionate about golas, striving to build lasting relationships enduring efforts at self-improvement, self-discipline and taking risks without them being quixotic. Beyond, all that remains is luck. Edison had defined genius thus : one percent inspiration, 99 percent of perspiration. It is now a cliche but there is nothing else that captures the spirit of the theme as this does. People who seemingly are the world's envy and possess much of the world's wealth, were not merely lucky. These are the people who have worked hard at arriving where they are currently and have kept at that way. The successful people work hard to put themselves into a position where good fortune can find them. Give a suitable title for this passage

The Suitable title for this passage would be :

LUCK IS NOT ENTIRELY THE DETERMINANT OF SUCCESS OR FAILURE IN LIFE

The reason as to why we give this title is because the author brings out some of the Perceptions people have about luck when it comes to success or failure in life.

This is seen where the author states some of the statements made by people to blame bad luck for their failure or appreciate luck for their success.

To dispute this perception concerning luck, the author brings out clearly the need for more efforts and determination in the pursuit of success. He challenges the imagination that luck can determine one's failure or success.
