TEST THAT SHOWS THE PRESENCE OF OXYGEN

STEPS :

Step - 1 : Fix two candles on the table.

Step - 2 : Light the candle.

Step - 3 : Cover one of the candle with inverted glass tumbler or bell jar.

Step - 4 : Observe both the candles carefully.

OBSERVATION :

The candle which is covered with glass tumbler or bell jar will get extinguish.

CONCLUSION :

The candle got extinguished because the component of air i.e. Oxygen which supports burning inside the tumbler or bell jar was limited that's why it got extinguished.

HENCE, FROM THE ABOVE TEST PROVED THE PRESENCE OF OXYGEN.
