Oggy and the cockroaches:-  

Oggy is one of the funniest characters to watch. He is portrayed as a cat and is the main character of the cartoon, Oggy and the cockroaches.    

His attire is quite amusing, blue-body with red nose, grey tummy, and green eyes. Oggy is mostly indulged in quarreling with the three cockroaches - Joey, Marky, and Dee Dee. Their scenes of hijacking oggy's refrigerator to fights on the roller-coaster-like stairs are full of comedy.    

Olivia is oggy's special friend. She is a white cat who feels pleased by the sight of nature. She is also an admirer of cockroaches, so oggy acts friendly and compassionate to them when she is nearby.    

All in all, it is absolutely a joyous time watching this funny character.
