I will like to explain it by a poem -

"Manzil unhi ko milti hai jinke sapno mein jaan hoti h pankh se Kuch nhi hota hauslon see udaan hoti hai"

So, from above we can say that hard work is very important in our life. We can get everything by hard work. Without hard work we can do nothing in our life.

I also experience that hard-work is the key to success. So, to get success we need to do hard work.
