If you are a job seeker by now you must have been really tired and exhausted. Don't like rejection? Well don't worry then. Not everyone is perfect and gets job in very first attempt. many of us face rejection also. But here are some strategies you can follow that will guarantee you a job:

1) Calm your mind : Dont stress your mind over the rejections. Stress leads to decreased mental capacity and decrease your overall efficiency. So cheer up. There are many more interviews to come.

2) Never miss an opportunity :  Look carefully for every job vacancy both in the internet or in the newspapers. Attain every interview. Never miss an opportunity. You will either get a job if selected or a boost in your confidence for future interviews if rejected.

3) Clear your Base and fundamentals: Always study the fundamentals. That way you can also answer tricky questions.

4) Smile : Never show your depression in interviews. Always smile.

Just follow these simple steps and you will land yourself a job in a very short time.

Young job seekers are often frustrated when they get rejected. Many often get discouraged and quit looking for jobs. There are many measures that can be taken to remedy this.

Dress Well

A smartly dressed job seeker is much more likely to become employed than a shabbily dressed job seeker. Employers are careful to maintain the reputaion of their companies or businesses. The image that one projects is often a determinant in getting employed.

Speak Well

An articulate job seeker has a much higher chance of getting employed than a job seekers who is incoherent. A young  job seeker should strive to polish their public speaking skills. This will enable them to gain confidence and to express themselves to the potential employers.

Be Respectful

Respect for the potential employer is critical for young job seekers. Many young people nolonger have respect for their elders. For example one should switch off their phone during an interview. One should not interrupt the employer during an interview.
