In the natural vegetation of India, the rainfall is extremely good in the South region which results in the growth of orchards, fruits, and crops.
It falls around 200 cm of the rainfall on the minimum level in the tropical evergreen forest.
This results in the vegetation of creepers, shrubs and trees.
The term natural vegetation means plants that have grown itself without the help of human hands and the land is left untouched for a long period of time.
This type of vegetation is also known as ‘Virgin Vegetation’.
In India, natural vegetation is found in abundance.
There are mainly 5 types of Natural vegetation, namely – Tropical Evergreen Forests, Tropical Deciduous Forests, Tropical Thorn Forests and Scrubs, Montane Forests and Mangrove Forests.
