Advantages

This is oldest and most chestest method

only one person is required and economic

Disadvantages

1. the children and person can not speech or mentally retarded are not used this method
2. we cannot used for animals behaviour
3. sometimes we cannot express and explain our own behaviour to other due to lack of words we knowns
