Mainly oilseeds produced in India are groundnut, soyabean, mustard,sunflower, cotton seeds, sesamum, castor seeds etc. ... Groundnut is a kharif crop. It accounts for half of the oilseed production in India. It is ground in Andhra Pradesh , Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
