The mistakes made by the prison authorities who helped Evan's escape from the prison. The escape plan began with Evan's friend who was come as the invigilator for Evan's test. But in examination day, the invigilator didn't ask Evan to remove the 'bobble-hat', which was a great mistake. Next mistake was Governor made the mistake of not taking along enough force for Evan's arrest to the hotel by being complacent sending him in a prison van that had Evan's accomplices.
