Russian Revolution in 1917 brought the Bolsheviks into power, who later renamed themselves as the Russian Communist Party.

They introduced many changes in the social and political scenario of Russia, like the banning of holding large amounts of private properties.

Hence, they nationalised all the banks and major industries of the country. The landless peasants were given the rights over the farming lands of the landlords, as all lands were declared to be social properties.

The large urban houses of the rich people were partitioned to accommodate the homeless people.

All the titles of the aristocrats were dismissed and new uniforms were introduced for the army.
