Give an appreciation of the poem "The Wreck of the Titanic" .In about 250 words.

"The Wreck of the Titanic written by poet Benjamin Peck Keith glorifies the bravery and courage of the captain and crew of the ship Titanic which met a fatal accident in its maiden journey.

On the destined day, when Titanic collided with an iceberg, the  captain of the Smith, Captain Smith, instead of trying to save himself, carried out his responsibilities and did his best to save the lives of the passengers.  

The crew of the ship was high-spirited till the end and never gave up. When the life boats were approaching, the crew kept on singing “ Nearer my god to thee” and embraced the harsh reality.
