The two irrationals are whose sum is rational: √2+(-√2) = √2-√2= 0

Hey mate here's your answer:

2+√3 and 5-√3
Proof: (2+√3)+(5-√3)
          =2+√3+5-√3
           =2+5
           =7, which is rational. ∴proved
