Now a days good example is GST bill . Goods & Services Tax bill is now a days major dispute between Center & Many states . because many states  doesn't want the tax rate which is fixed by center govt. their saying is  that they will going to lose more revenue by implementing new tax rates . they want rates as par their demand or cash compensation  for income damage .
