Stamen:
It is a male reproductive part of a flower that produces pollen for their reproduction. The number of stamens in most of the flowers is the same as the number of petals.
Carpel:
It is a female reproductive part of a flowering plant that consists of ovary, style (sometimes absent) and stigma. The carpel is separate or infused to form a single pistil.
A perfect flower has both stamens and carpels and is sometimes also called Bisexual flower. Some of the common examples are Lily, Rose, Sunflower, Mango, Mustard, Country bean and Bitter gourd.
