Hibiscus has both stamens and carpels.

A stamen is a part of the male reproductive system in a flower and a carpel is a part of the female reproductive system in a flower.
if stamens and carpets both are present in a plant known as bisexual flower.
for ex-monoecious plant,hibiscus.
