I am giving in english:
For example if a car is moving along a circular path and it's speed is constant, then it is said to be moving with a constant speed ,but it's velocity is not constant as at every point on the circular path the direction of motion is changing and velocity is a vector quantity. Therefore, the velocity is a variable.

u can draw a car on a circular path

hope it helps
