while irrigation land development and other modern cultivation techinque are used to enhance existing geographical factor ,local food habit are still largely influenced by regional resources which greatly affecting their eating habit we tend to carry traditions that were passed down through generation and that tradition along with going awareness of the fragility and importance of our natural environment continues the food habits around the world
