Example.
root 3 is an irrational number
Now, root 3÷root 3
=root 3/root 3
=1, which is a rational number.
But, if we take root 4 which is also an irrational number in place of numerator or denominator, then the result is either root 4/root 3 or root 4/root 3.
Therefore, division of two irrational numbers may or may not be a rational number.
