Prison meant to be for punishment, but the so called Human Rightists plead for mercy to those who already voileted others rights and social harmony by committing crime. In this country prison is like a hotel or lodge on holidays, you will never ever bring prisoners number down unless you make it the place no one wants to go.

Rehab should be for those who regret what they did and genuinely seeking modifications in their life.Rehab never works for serial criminals.
