1. Let us consider a toy having a spring. Initially, there will be potential energy in the spring. But when we release the spring the toy will move as the potential energy gets converted into kinetic energy.

2. Let us again take an example of a ball made of rubber. On squeezing it, the ball will have potential energy and as soon as we remove the force, the ball gets the original shape and moves because the energy turns into kinetic one.
