take ammonium chloride and heat it keeping in a beaker. you will see white fumes of ammonium chloride (vapour)

take a pot and heat till it doesn't boil then take salt and mix it in that pot which us full of boil water. after stir well, keep it to cool down for few days and after few days u see that there is much of large crystals of salt in it. u can also take the example of sugar and after cool u see large crystals of sugar also which we called as 'mishri'.
