when then bubble is at 90 m below the surfaces then the total pressure exerted on it is the sum of the pressure due to liquid column and atmospheric pressure.

it is given.that atmospheric pressure is equivalent to pressure due to 10 m of water.

so at 90m depth,it has actually pressure of 100m of water .so on reaching the surface it volume will increase by 10 times(by Boyle's law :PV=constant).
