During hot summer the water gets vapourized and rises up and floats in the air, in the form of cloud. When it comes in contact with dust particles then it becomes heavier and comes down in the earth in the form of rain. Sometimes the clouds gather surrounding mountains or high peaks and due to low temperature it forms into ice and during hot summer it melts come down in the form of mountainous river.
