The difference between Pressure Groups and Interest groups are -
- Intentions - Interest groups accommodate individuals to promote common interests, they deal with communicative and monetary issues formally. But the Pressure groups are concentrated on spreading political interests and they are strictly formal.
- Tactics - Pressure groups maintain law in every form of their work like - fundraising, collection donation, etc. Though they work on influence policy to reach the target audience where they spent money on policymakers. On the other hand, Interest Groups took their campaigns through advertising and influential tactics to perform persuasion towards the audience.
Interest groups perform as a larger organization that promotes special ideologies and policies implemented by the government, whereas Pressure groups are a sector of Interest groups that are technically advocacy and lobbying organizations.
