Explanation:
Fertilisation happens as the pollen grains from the stamen fall on the stigma, germinate into a structure called as pollen tube to carry male nuclei to the ovule of female.Fertilisation is the fusion of a male gamete and a female gamete to produce a zygote - single cell. Zygote develops into an embryo. Fertilised ovary becomes a fruit. The ovule develops into a seed. Germination is the process which involves the emergence of a plant from the seed when proper temperature, humidity and sunlight are provided. Different types of germination are epigeal germination, hypogeal germination etc.
