Political Maps - does not show physical features. Instead, they show state and national boundaries and capital and major cities. Physical Maps - illustrate the physical features of an area, such as the mountains, rivers and lakes. Topographic Maps - include contour lines to show the shape and elevation of an area.

Answer:

Political Maps:

A political map focuses on boundaries between entities, like countries, states, or counties.  They are generally brighter colors to easily distinguish the boundaries.

Physical Maps: Physical World Map

A physical map focuses on the geography of the area and will often have shaded relief to show the mountains and valleys.  Typical colors are blues, greens and browns.  Many rivers, mountains, and lake features are usually labeled.  Cities, towns, countries, and other political features are often labeled as well it's just not the focus of the map or the first thing you notice

Globe:

It is round in shape.

It is a miniature model of the Earth.

It helps us study the Earth as a whole. It only shows continents, countries, and oceans and cannot show details.

It is difficult to carry around and handle a large globe.

Maps:

It is a flat representation of the Earth’s surface.

It shows countries, states, towns, and villages.

It also shows the distribution of resources, climate, forest, etc. It also shows the exact location of any place.

It provides us with more information and detail than a globe.

It is easier to carry around and handle.
