Gender inequality is the idea and situation that menand women are not equal. Gender inequality refers to unequal treatment or perceptions of individuals wholly or partly due to their gender. It arises from differences in gender roles.[1] Gender systems are often dichotomous and hierarchical. Gender inequality stems from distinctions, whether empirically grounded or socially constructed. Women lag behind men in many domains, including education, labor market opportunities and political representation and in pay.

Women’s’re paid less as compared to men’s. They work more in the fields but their work is not valued, Security is not there.

Not allowed to go out of homes to do work. And if allowed then have to do household work also No. of hrs.

To do work is same but still women's do more work in the place where they work to earn more money as their work is not paid equally as men's use to.
