Following is the four assumption of kinetic theory of gases :-

The molecules of a gas are spherical in shape, rigid and perfectly elastic.

The molecules of the same gas are indistinguishable from one another.

The gas molecules are in a state of perpetual random motion.

The actual volume occupied by the gas molecules is negligible in comparison with the volume of the containing vessel.

◀️◀️ ANSWER ▶️▶️

ASSUMPTIONS OF KTG

(kinetic theory of gases )

▶️in kTG gas contains very large numbers of a molecules

▶️gas molecules obey the Newton low of motions (mechanics)

▶️the gas molecules in KTG can't attract or repail eachother.

▶️The gas molecules in KTG carry the range of speed .

▶️the duration of collision of molecules is very small compared to time between collision.

▶️ molecules can't exist external forces.

▶️gas should be ideal

▶️ average kinetic energy directly proportional to temperature.
