Explanation:

Wear and tear of soles of our shoes is due to friction. When a tyre deflates, it is difficult to move the vehicle because of increased friction between the tyre and the road surface. Machines get heated up and produce noise because of friction. While driving vehicles and riding bicycles, friction occurs between the wheels of the vehicle and the surface over which the vehicle is traversing. The coefficient of friction determines the “stickiness” between two objects. If the friction is zero, the vehicle would fail to move forward.Frictional force causes a lot of losses in general upkeep and wear and tear of machinery. Hence it is considered as a evil. But almost all crucial tasks cannot be carried out without the presence of friction. ... Hence it is considered as a necessary evil .
