Three provisions of the Indian constitution that aim at ensuring social equality are: (a) Every person from the president of the country to a common man, a domestic worker has to obey same rules. (b) No person can be discriminated against on the basis of their religion, race, caste, place of birth and sex

In the eyes of constitution everybody either President himself should follow the similar laws and code of conduct.

Untouchability was completely abolished during the time of struggle for independence and no provision in the constitution relates to any sort of practice of untouchables.

No difference can be made among the individuals on the basis of caste, creed and sex. Indian constitution made with the progressive purview which ensure equal opportunity for all without any sort of differentiation.

Hope it helps  mate
