1 Management means directing and controlling a group of one or more people or an organization to reach a goal.Management often means the deployment and manipulation of human resources, technological resources, technical resources and natural resources. In other words management can also mean the person who manage, the managers.

2. Management is an art, which means it should practiced more in almost every aspect of life. Like as a student, one should organize his books and other items in a way that whenever one wishes one can easily retrieve any book. In a similar fashion, a home maker should organize the kitchen cutlery and other items in a systematic manner. Thus it is apparent management cannot be taught.
