Fixed capital
In this two accounts are made i.e., capital a/c and current a/c.
In this the capital will be fixed throughout the partnership.
Fluctuating capital
In this only capital a/c is maintained.
In this the capital will keep fluctuating throughout the partnership and this will be decided by the partners.
