ans2: to make the food soft , tasty and germ free

ans3: as it helps in digestion by making food softer and it saves us from dehydration and it quench thirst

Also cooking generally improves the taste.

3) Drinking water helps to maintain the balance of our body fluids.Our body is composed of about 60%water .And water transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature.
