The steps of thuderstorm's flashing mechanism are;

1) when the lightning is willing to flash upon the ground, the electrical potential of the ground increases.

2) to fulfil the neutralizing theory the induced charge of the thunder cloud moves toward the ground.

3)this charge falls upon the lightning point of the ground and the lightning flash happens.
