Seed producing non- flowering plants whose seeds are unenclosed is called as gymnosperms.

2.Angiosperms are seasonal whereas gymnosperms are evergreen.

3.Cotyledons are present in in angiosperms and are absent in gymnosperms.

4.Reproductive system is unisexual or bisexual in angiosperms and in gymnosperms it is unisexual.
